What are great websites to buy new cell phones at for a good price?
i want a cingular phone to use as a prepaid…and i dont want one of their 28 phones on the at&t wireless website…u know any sites that are trusted?

I found that the best place to buy is on ebay. Just make sure your buying from a trusted seller (check feedback).
