How can I copy a ringtune from one Nokia to another?

I like the Standard Alarm clock on my Nokia 3500c but my new Nokia N95 8G doesn’t have it. How can I copy it over? The problem is the copyright. It’s still Nokia to Nokia. I can’t send via bluetooth or download via usb.
